目前國內(nèi)外的純蒸汽發(fā)生器只能產(chǎn)出“飽和”純蒸汽，對于遠距離（如100m以上）的設(shè)備進行滅菌消毒時，由于蒸汽到達使用點時已產(chǎn)生了大量的凝結(jié)水，已不屬于純蒸汽了，而是飽和水和飽和正切斷混合流體，因此滅菌消毒效果較差，尤其是300米以上的遠距離工藝管道滅菌消毒，根本就達不到滅菌消毒的目的。
