1、概述:本組合件適用于啤酒等行業(yè),安裝于100~400m3發(fā)酵罐,清酒罐罐體的頂部。組合件由法蘭平蓋,止回閥(氣液分流器)、自動(dòng)排氣閥、防止真空閥、視鏡及洗罐器(洗球)組成。它具有保壓、穩(wěn)壓、防止真空以及氣體回心等作用。 1、 將組件裝置于罐頂人孔法蘭上,連接氣液分流器接管品。 2、自動(dòng)排氣閥與防止真空閥均為杠桿結(jié)構(gòu),可調(diào)杠桿上重錘的位置來(lái)設(shè)定工作壓力。調(diào)整后應(yīng)將重錘上的緊定螺釘緊固好。 3、自動(dòng)排氣閥可調(diào)整螺栓限定杠桿起跳高度來(lái)控制排氣量。 4、罐體工作時(shí),氣液分流器接管口排出回收氣體,洗罐時(shí),該接管口由通發(fā)洗滌液。

2、彈簧式排氣閥和彈簧式真空閥可調(diào)整設(shè)定恒定的工作壓力。
3、彈簧式調(diào)節(jié)排氣閥可在0.02-0.2Mpa范圍內(nèi)任意調(diào)節(jié)排氣。
4、罐體工作時(shí),CIP接管口排出回收氣體;洗罐時(shí),該接管口則通上洗滌液。
