CONFIGURATION:
1. 12x12mm stable square steel frame, 16mm face plate and 14mm floor plate strengthen the fixedness of structure.
2. The design of mold can be made as requirement. It can produce different size products.
3. Cutters and molds are adjusted by air-driving device, which is easy to operate and extends life of cutters and mold.
4. Capable of producing various under pads: cotton core thick style, tissue or airlaid paper ultra thin type and chemicals added type as well.
5. Double or triple folding system can fold final under pads in order.
6. Emergency devices are equipped on the machine for stopping machine urgently, the problems from running machine can be solved by operator accordingly.
7. Differential mechanisms are adopted so as to adjust machine synchronism easily and conveniently.
8. It is made of mixed transmission with chain wheel, universal joints and chains. On the one hand, the transmission is stable, smooth and lessen noisy so as to maintain the machine life.
9. Screw gears are protected by cast shield box with lubricating oil inside to maintain precision, lessen noise and extend long life.
10. Key parts are equipped with emergent switchs so as to operate the whole machine conveniently.
