細(xì)胞因子受體的結(jié)構(gòu)和分類(lèi):根據(jù)細(xì)胞因子受體cDNA序列以及受體胞膜外區(qū)氨基酸序列的同源性和結(jié)構(gòu)征，可將細(xì)胞因子受體主要分為四種類(lèi)型：免疫球蛋白超家族（IGSF）、造血細(xì)胞因子受體超家族、神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子受體超家族和趨化因子受體。

Description:
GM-CSF is a hematopoietic growth factor that stimulates the development of neutrophils and macrophages and promotes the proliferation and development of early erythroid megakaryocytic and eosinophilic progenitor cells. It is produced in endothelial cells, monocytes, fibroblasts and T-lymphocytes. GM-CSF inhibits neutrophil migration and enhances the functional activity of the mature end-cells. The human and murine molecules are species-specific and exhibit no cross-species reactivity. Recombinant murine GM-CSF is a 14.2 kDa globular protein consisting of 124 amino acids residues. . Manufactured using all non-animal reagents.
