頂驅(qū)濕法制粒機(jī)采用頂部驅(qū)動(dòng)的方式，將傳動(dòng)與密封置于設(shè)備上部，避免出現(xiàn)水、物料或粉塵滲入驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，通過(guò)增加真空泵和加熱夾套，可實(shí)現(xiàn)真空干燥，從而在一臺(tái)設(shè)備上完成混合、制粒、干燥、整粒工序。設(shè)備可實(shí)現(xiàn)密閉進(jìn)料，密閉出料，工作過(guò)程中密閉無(wú)泄漏，適用于高活性物料生產(chǎn)，是未來(lái)固體制劑生產(chǎn)的重要工藝設(shè)備。

The top drive wet type rapid mixer granulator adopts the top drive method, placing the tr ansmission and sealing on the upper part of the equipment to prevent water, material or dust from infiltrating the drive mechanism. By adding a vacuum pump and a heating jacket to achive vacuum drying, thus one

set equipment can fnish the mixing, granulating, drying and cone mill processes. The equipment can realize containment feeding and discharging. It is 

 containment and leak -free during the  working process. It is suitable for the production of high- active materials and it is an important pro-

cess equipment in the production of solid preparation.
