用途介紹/Application：

本生產(chǎn)線由振動盤理管、陶瓷泵灌裝、機械手上蓋等工位組成，能自動完成上管、灌旋、上蓋、不合格品剔除等動作。主要用于凝膠，膠餌等膏體。

This production line is composed of vibration plate sorting the tube,ceramic pump filling, manipulator covering, etc., which can automatically complete the tube feeding, filling, capping, unqualified products removal and other actions. Mainly used for gel filling.

陶瓷泵灌裝灌裝易清洗；

Ceramic pump filling easy to clean.

無凝膠管不灌裝，凝膠管不夠不灌裝；

No tube no filling, no enough tube no filling.

控制系統(tǒng)：主要元器件采用國內(nèi)外品牌，西門子PLC，威綸觸摸屏；
