| 轉(zhuǎn)鼓全速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，進(jìn)料閥門自動(dòng)定時(shí)開啟，待分離懸浮液通過進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，借助離心力的作用將固相均勻的分布在濾網(wǎng)上并被截留形成濾餅，液相則通過濾網(wǎng)及轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁小孔甩出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，經(jīng)機(jī)殼的切向排液口排出。到達(dá)預(yù)定時(shí)間后，進(jìn)料閥門自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，轉(zhuǎn)鼓全速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一定時(shí)間后，刮刀沿轉(zhuǎn)鼓徑向旋轉(zhuǎn)切入濾餅，物料則通過螺旋輸送或斜斗重力方式排出機(jī)外。 | After drum full speed running,feed valve timely turns on automatically,floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter net forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from filter net also holes of drum,discharge from shell tangential outlet.When it reaches fixed time,feed valve turns down automatically,drum full speed running again,scraper rotates radially and cut into cake,treated material discharges out by spiral convey or sloping hopper. |
