特點:

1.采用多個前向圓弧形葉片，葉片與輪蓋模具壓制成型，精密定位，連續(xù)焊接；

2.葉輪成形后經靜、動平衡校正，平衡等級≤4.0級（國標），具有良好的空氣動力性，效率高，噪音低，性能穩(wěn)定；

3.機殼均采用鍍鋁鋅板，經機械化及模具加工后點焊連接而成；

4.葉片等離子切割工藝，精密夾具定位，運行平穩(wěn)可靠；

5..結構緊湊，安裝方便，可直接與風管連接；

6.過熱保護: 所有馬達配備過熱保護裝置，確保運行更安全可靠。

1. Multiple forward arc aluminum alloy blades are formed from the mold, with features of precision positioning and continuous welding;

2. All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced below G4.0 (the national standard is G4.0), high efficiency, low noise and stable performance;

3. The galvanized steel plate is used in the housing, spot welded after die processing and molding;

4. Blade plasma cutting technology and precision fixture positioning make stable and reliable operation;

5. With compact structure and convenient installation, it is available to directly connecting with the wind pipe;

6. Overheating protection: all motors are equipped with overheating protection device, to ensure the operation more safe and reliable.
