簡(jiǎn)介(Brief)：

• 主要用于制藥、食品行業(yè)的制粒，如沖劑顆粒、雞精等。

• 不銹鋼制作，主要由旋轉(zhuǎn)碾刀、篩筒和刮板組成。物料經(jīng)碾刀碾壓從不銹鋼篩筒的孔中擠出，同時(shí)經(jīng)篩筒外圍的刮板將擠出的物料刮下，形成顆粒。

二、特點(diǎn)：
其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是采用旋轉(zhuǎn)料盤(pán)下料，配備定長(zhǎng)切斷刀，效率為搖擺制粒機(jī)的2-3倍，并滿(mǎn)足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，是理想的制粒設(shè)備之一。結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、易操作、移動(dòng)方便。自動(dòng)卸料，彌補(bǔ)了ZL型斜料斗出料有積料的缺點(diǎn)，可連續(xù)操作，部分機(jī)型可增配料盤(pán)水冷系統(tǒng)。適用于半干狀態(tài)的粉料和帶有一定粘性的物料、重要沖劑、食品類(lèi)固體飲料、雞精等。
