主要用途
本機用以將各種顆粒狀原料壓制成圓形片，是適合批量生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的基本設(shè)備。其結(jié)構(gòu)為雙壓式，有兩套加料器裝置和兩套壓輪。轉(zhuǎn)盤上可裝33付沖模旋轉(zhuǎn)一周即可壓制66片。壓片時轉(zhuǎn)盤速度，物料的充填深度、壓片厚度均可調(diào)節(jié)。機上的機械緩行裝置可避免因過載而引起的機件損壞。機內(nèi)配有吸粉裝置，通過吸嘴可吸取機器運轉(zhuǎn)時所產(chǎn)生的粉塵，避免粘結(jié)堵塞，并可回收原料重新使用。
