GZG管束干燥機是間接接觸式干燥機，其結構為固定的殼體內置帶有料鏟的可轉動的加熱管束。蒸汽通過旋轉接頭進入管內傳熱變?yōu)槔淠懦觯锪现械乃衷诠芡馐軣嶙兂烧羝沙闈耧L機排出，物料在管束內被轉動的料鏟提升，均勻落至加熱管外表面，并從進口端由料鏟推至出料口得到干燥，它廣泛用于化工、輕工、食品和飼料等行業(yè)松散類濕物料的干燥。干燥物料范圍廣、水分蒸發(fā)量大，能耗低并能連續(xù)生產(chǎn)。

GZG tube bundle dryer is an indirect contact dryer. Its structure is a fixed shell with a rotatable heating tube bundle with a shovel. Steam enters the tube through a rotary oint to conduct heat and is changed into condensed water to be discharged; moisture in the material is heated outside the tube and is changed into steam to be discharged by a dehumidifying fan; the material is lifted by a rotating shovel in the tube bundle and evenly falls to the outer surface of the heating tube; and the material is pushed from the inlet end to the discharge port to be dried. The invention is widely used for drying loose wet materials in industries such as chemical industry, light industry, food and feed. The drying material has wide range, large water evaporation capacity, low energy consumption and continuous production.
