FSC（快速伺服控制器，fast servo controller）提供高帶寬低延遲的PID/PI2D反饋控制，可用于高精度光學(xué)腔的線寬壓縮和頻率鎖定。所有回路參數(shù)均可通過(guò)控制器前面板設(shè)置，使用方便。而且有兩個(gè)并聯(lián)反饋回路，分別用于控制激光電流（快反饋回路）和壓電陶瓷（慢反饋回路），能夠精細(xì)地控制激光頻率，獲得更高的鎖圍。
