1、種子精選加工成套設(shè)備由計算機(jī)集中控制,所有操作功能全部集成在15英寸大屏幕觸摸屏之上,開機(jī)會有真實(shí)的動態(tài)加工流程模擬圖像,可根據(jù)不同精選需求更改精選流程,能單獨(dú)開、停任何一臺主機(jī)進(jìn)行選擇性的使用,誤操作時程序拒絕啟動。
2、無破碎加工方案:全部采用無破碎提升機(jī),*解決普通斗式提升機(jī)碎籽問題;所有料倉配上、下料位感應(yīng)裝置,料倉高空落料有跌落機(jī)構(gòu)防止種子摔打、撞擊而破碎。
3、全自動運(yùn)行:從原料進(jìn)入到成品包裝,只需1名工作人員值守設(shè)備運(yùn)行情況,其他環(huán)節(jié)無需人工。
4、*的安裝方案:比重選的回料輸送到地坑,經(jīng)風(fēng)篩選再次篩選后進(jìn)入比重,減輕比重選負(fù)荷,提高比重選的選種質(zhì)量。(此方案淘汰比重選的回料直接進(jìn)入比重選)
智能自動化功能:

2、 當(dāng)設(shè)備調(diào)整到狀態(tài)時,相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)一鍵保存,下次加工相同種子只需一鍵啟動,對操作人員的專業(yè)技術(shù)要求低,無需憑個人經(jīng)驗(yàn)使用設(shè)備。
3、 把所有的手動操作步驟換成伺服電機(jī)來執(zhí)行,操作人員不用跑前跑后,只需在觸摸屏上輸入相關(guān)參數(shù)命令伺服電機(jī),把復(fù)雜的事情變?yōu)楹唵巍?/p>

Intelligent automation function:

3. All the manual operation steps are replaced by servo motor. Instead of running forward and backward, the operator only needs to input relevant parameters on the touch screen to command the servo motor, which makes complex things simple.
