阻火呼吸人孔是我廠根據市場需求，參考了*技術資料研制而成的產品。是安裝在石油、化工等物料儲罐頂上的安全應急的通風裝置。通常與阻火呼吸閥配套使用，既能避免因意外原因造成罐內急劇超壓或真空時，損壞儲罐而發(fā)生的事故；又能起到安全阻火的作用。是目前國內保護儲罐安全的理。

產品采用全天候密封結構，以配重來調節(jié)吸入閥瓣和泄壓蓋的開啟，以不銹鋼波紋帶為阻火層來阻止火焰的通過，并設雙抽屜口為清洗更換阻火層提供了方便，縮短了時間?？傊?，該產品具有定壓排放、定壓吸入、開閉靈活、安全阻火、結構緊湊、安全可靠等優(yōu)點。

◎產品結構 Product structure

在阻火呼吸閥正常工作情況下阻火呼吸人孔基本保持密封狀態(tài)，儲罐處于正常壓力。當呼吸閥正常工作滿足不了因意外原因造成儲罐壓力急劇超壓時，呼吸人孔的泄壓蓋自動頂開，進行緊急泄壓，使罐內壓力保持正常；當罐內壓力減壓或超真空時，吸入閥便開啟急劇吸入大氣，維護罐內正常壓力；當吸入大氣帶有火花、火焰時，阻火層起到“器壁效應”作用來阻止火焰的通過，以保護儲罐的安全。
