1、本單公司生產(chǎn)的4DSY-Ⅰ型電動(dòng)試壓泵是各類壓力容器、管道、鍋爐、鋼瓶、閥門、壓力容器、消防器材作實(shí)驗(yàn)室和水壓試驗(yàn)中獲得高壓液體的理想設(shè)備。試壓泵產(chǎn)品及配套試壓、試驗(yàn)工程，已應(yīng)用在航空領(lǐng)域的試壓試驗(yàn)，并且在國(guó)防科研重點(diǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用。為我國(guó)重大的科研項(xiàng)目地下如：高壓爆破試驗(yàn)、深海試驗(yàn)、空間技術(shù)、高溫高壓試驗(yàn)、異形管試驗(yàn)等，并做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。

2、4DSY-Ⅰ型電動(dòng)試壓泵系按水壓試驗(yàn)要求而特殊設(shè)計(jì)。在試壓的初始階段具有較大流量、能迅速充液和升壓,以縮短實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間。當(dāng)壓力超過1.6MPa后、為使試壓過程能較平穩(wěn)而緩慢地進(jìn)行。則流量自動(dòng)減少。所以本泵在高、低壓時(shí)有兩種流量，并能自動(dòng)變換，凡在額定排出壓力以下，可進(jìn)行任意數(shù)值的水壓試驗(yàn)。
