Introduction
WHVD系列體積式色母混合機，可以對塑料原料的1種主料和1~4種色母料或添加劑按比例自動混配，適用于注塑、擠出或吹塑生產(chǎn)。該系列產(chǎn)品采用混合式步進電機，并配合微電腦控制器，可精確地計量色母及添加比例。此混合機可以與各類成型機信號做連接進而同步運轉(zhuǎn)，保證成型產(chǎn)品性能一致性。
WHVD series volumetric dosers are suitable for auto-proportional mixing of new materials,regrinds, masterbatch or additives, suitable for injection, extrusion or blow molding field. A stepper motor is used in this series, according to the set mixing proportion, the microprocessor accuray controls rotation of the high precise dosing screw to squeeze out materials with an accuracy of ±1%.This doser can connect with various molding machine signals in synchronicity, to ensure the stability of the products.
