本線由Y-GP供瓶機、Y-GX滾筒超聲波洗瓶機、Y-GS液體灌裝加塞機及Y-GZ軋蓋機組成，能自動完成理瓶、輸瓶、洗瓶、灌裝上塞、理蓋、上蓋、軋蓋封口等工序，*符合GMP要求。組成聯(lián)動線的設(shè)備亦可單獨使用。

 

This line is composed of Y-GP bottle feeding machine, Y-GX cylinder ultrasonic washing machine, Y-GS filling and stoppering machine and Y-GZ capping machine, and labeling machine etc.    This line can finish bottle feeding, dry and sterilizing, filling and stoppering, capping, and labeling. It complies with GMP, and can be use together or independently.

  • 封蓋頭高度可調(diào)，以適應(yīng)不同高度瓶子；capping head’s height can be adjusted to treat different bottle from short to long

  • 所有與瓶子及藥液接觸部分均采用高品質(zhì)AISI304或AISI316不銹鋼及其他FDA許可的材料制造，符合GMP要求。All the part contact with bottle or medicine liquid is made of SS AISI304 or SS AISI316, or the material comply with FDA, and GMP.

1、Y-GP供瓶機Bottle feeding machine

本機由理瓶盤、輸瓶軌道組成，將瓶子自動排列，單軌送入主機，在流水線中起儲存、緩沖、轉(zhuǎn)向作用。This machine is composed of turn table, bottle transfer channel, the machine order the bottle in one line, and delivery it to the washing machine. This machine can store the bottle, buffering the bottle, and change the bottle flow direction.

本機集液體灌裝與上塞兩大功能于一體，能自動完成灌裝、理塞、上塞、（壓塞）、出瓶等工序。整機運行流暢，性能穩(wěn)定，計量精度高，*符合GMP要求。

Integrated the filling and stoppering machine in one compact machine, it can finish the following procedure automatically , filling , stopper arranging, stopper putting, and stopper pressing, bottle out feeding, etc. the machine running smoothly, and stable function, accurate filling, and comply with GMP.
