Products

High Pressure Pumps

The compact, low-cost MAXIMATOR High-pressure Pumps are driven by air or noble gas pressures between 1 bar and 10 bar. There are numerous potential applications for MAXIMATOR Pumps in machine engineering, oil and gas industries, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, defence, mining and the construction industry as well as in aviation and aeronautics.

Hydraulic Units

MAXIMATOR power packs for oil, water or aggressive media are complete hydraulic units ready for connection which are provided for generating operating pressures up to 5,500 bar. The hydraulic systems can be used for all kinds of testing and clamping or for other functions requiring a determined pressure.

Air Amplifiers

MAXIMATOR PLV series Air Amplifiers are suitable for the compression of pressurised air or nitrogen. The units are capable of increasing normal pressures of 4 bar or 6 bar to the desired final pressures. The PLV Air Amplifiers are operated with normal shop air and are provided with a variety of amplification ratios.

Air Amplifier Stations

All Air Amplifiers can be supplied with an air control unit comprising a filter, pressure regulator with pressure gauge and an air shut-off valve. The desired operating pressure can be preset by means of the air control unit in correspondence with the different pressure ratios. We can offer you a choice between a standard Air Amplifier Station or a customised solution.

High Pressure Gas Boosters

The MAXIMATOR high pressure gas boosters are suitable for the oil free compression of gases and air. Industrial gases like Argon, Helium, Hydrogen and Nitrogen can be compressed to operating pressures of 2,100 bar (30,000 psi), Oxygen to 350 bar (5,075 psi).

High Pressure Gas Booster Stations

MAXIMATOR High Pressure Gas Booster Stations for nitrogen or a wide variety of other gases are complete booster stations ready for connection which are provided for generating operating pressures up to 2,100 bar. The Booster stations can be used for all kinds of testing and filliing or for other functions requiring a determined high pressure.

Valves, Fittings & Tubings

The MAXIMATOR valves, fittings and tubing are suitable for different media and operating pressures up to 10,500 bar.

Gas and Water Assisted Moulding

This special technology is applied in plastics injection moulding and provides the following advantages: Reduction of cycle times, Prevention of sunk spots, Reduction of locking forces, Low-warp mouldings, Simplified mould design, Reduction of ridge formation, Material savings up to 50 %

Rebreather Oxygen Booster

The ROB-Series is designed for users who need to compress Oxygen up to 300 bar in the most easy and effective way. Professional Divers are using the boosters of the ROB Series to fill Oxygen bottles or to mix gases for the technical diving as well as Fire and Emergency stations are committed to the quality of these compact boosters.

3/3-Port Directional Control Valve

Valves for operating pressures of up to 1,000 bar and this directional control valve in combination with the electronic control system allow for easy, swift and continuous regulation of the variables flow and pressure in gases and fluids with a high level of repeating accuracy. The valve is manufactured in sizes NG 4 (HPV 4) and NG 10 (HPV 10) and can be supplied with or without integrated pilot control hydraulic supply. The scope of supply also includes the control electronics with PID controller, actual value and set point input in the form of a 19" card, relevant to the respective valve.

Test Stands

MAXIMATOR has an extensive know-how concerning concept, development, construction and manufacturing of test benches and pressure-generating systems. Hoses, pipes, tanks, accumulators, valves, fittings, plastic and ceramic parts as well as special components of the diesel injection technique (rails, nozzles, nozzle brackets injectors) and other vehicle components (e.g. air bag accumulators, camshafts and intermediate shafts, gears) are tested or manufactured with MAXIMATOR stations successfully.
