278型錐磨證實了磨面機的科研成果：我廠生產(chǎn)的278型磨面機其主要工作件磨頭呈錐形碗狀，所以簡稱為錐磨。型號：FMZ-278型 配套動力：7.5-11kw 轉(zhuǎn)速：550-650轉(zhuǎn)/分。
：本磨由喂料、調(diào)整、磨制、篩理四大部分組成，機身為全機的聯(lián)合基礎(chǔ)，主軸穿地機身中央，由兩個滾動軸承支撐著。主軸一端裝有皮帶輪，由動力帶動主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)。喂料部分，由糧斗、糧、座盛糧，由大閘門、小閘門控制糧食的喂入量。調(diào)整部分：由內(nèi)調(diào)整螺母，定位手輪，調(diào)位手輪機尾蓋，后彈簧等組成。由調(diào)節(jié)手輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)，后彈簧帶動主軸做軸向移動，從而達到調(diào)整動、定磨頭工作間隙時作用。
工作原理：原糧從進料口徑由螺旋推進器推進進入動磨頭與定磨頭之間而磨搓成粉，進入篩理部分,本部分由篩外殼、篩子、毛刷支架組成，由毛刷支架的旋轉(zhuǎn)使磨下料中的面粉由篩子分離出來，麩皮由前口出來完成篩理作用。
特點：結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作維修方便。加工粉質(zhì)好，面粉溫度低，能耗低。能將小麥、小米、玉米、黃豆、芝麻、大豆、高梁、等糧食類干磨制成粉，生產(chǎn)中可連續(xù)投料式作業(yè)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單大方，噪音小，廣泛用于中小型糧食加工房。

臨沂市河東區(qū)大華機械廠座落在風景秀麗的沂河東溿，齊魯聞名的鳳凰嶺西麓，是河東區(qū)主要生產(chǎn)農(nóng)業(yè)機械的廠家，重合同、守信用單位。近年來在地方黨委政府大力支持和*環(huán)境培植下，得到了健康全面的發(fā)展。
Hedong District Dahua Machinery Factory of Linyi City is situated at the eastern bank of the beautiful Yihe River, the western foot of the Phoenix Mountain famous in Shandong and Shanxi Province, which is a major agricultural machinery manufacturer and is a contract-abiding and credit-keeping unit. The factory has been healthily and comprehensively developed under great supports and favorable environment from the local government in recent years.
本廠現(xiàn)有職工80余人其中設計工程師6名，本科畢業(yè)生13名，技校生10余名，技術(shù)力量雄厚，車間素質(zhì)高。車間有鑄造、鍛打機加工、安裝流水線，近期研究人員已開發(fā)了錘片式FFC-45C、FFFC-45D粉碎機、FZR50、40、40B、320系列鍘草揉搓粉碎機。
Currently there are more than 80 staffs working at the factory, including 6 designing engineers, 13 undergraduates and more than 10 technical school graduates. The factory is equipped with strong technical strength the workshops are well-equipped with advanced equipment. The workshops are equipped with forging, forging and hammering machine processing, installation production line and the research and development staffs have developed hammer FFC-45C, FFFC-45D,FZR50, 40, 40B and 320 series grass cutting and kneading crushers and 12 type peanut harvesters, which are the first inauguration in the province.
