以上螺旋的輸送量是在物料為粉體、無磨琢性、水平輸送的條件下得到的**理論數(shù)據(jù)。選型時需綜合考慮物料種類、物料粒度、磨琢性、粘性、傾角等因素。一般情況下,粒度越大、磨琢性越強、傾角越大,需要的管徑越大。管式的傾角不超過45度,U型槽式的傾角不超過35度。
