Working principle

無軸螺旋輸送機(jī)由驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、無軸螺旋體、螺旋管、耐磨襯板、進(jìn)出料口、蓋板、支架等組成。物料從進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入螺旋管,利用螺旋體與物料的摩擦力及無軸螺旋體的軸力將物料輸送到出料出,適合于長(zhǎng)距離輸送作業(yè)。

WLS系列無軸螺旋一般使用在物料粒度大于60mm、磨琢性強(qiáng)、粘性、易結(jié)塊、易纏繞、傾角不大于25度的場(chǎng)合。優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于長(zhǎng)度較長(zhǎng)時(shí)不需吊掛軸承,減少了維護(hù)。以上數(shù)據(jù)是在粘性膏狀物料、填充系數(shù)0.2的前提下得到的。
