產(chǎn)品概述:

泵的升級(jí)產(chǎn)品,新的產(chǎn)品對(duì)軸承進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),通過(guò)對(duì)圓盤和葉輪的優(yōu)化,提高了內(nèi)部流體效率,節(jié)能達(dá)到6至8%。也可以選用一種用于沖洗泵的連接方式,以提高泵清洗能力并延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。設(shè)計(jì)上充分考慮了一些苛刻工況的要求,確保泵在低成本運(yùn)行時(shí)耐用性和可靠性,廣泛應(yīng)用在造紙、電力、礦山、化工流程等行業(yè)。每種型號(hào)泵均采用聚異戊二烯橡膠內(nèi)襯泵殼,為了適應(yīng)更多苛刻工況的要求,可選用不銹鋼、不銹鋼復(fù)合涂層或環(huán)氧材料涂層等不同材料制造。*靈活的吸排氣口優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),允許上排氣和側(cè)排氣方式,便于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝。在有限的安裝空間內(nèi),可以安裝上置分離器,減少了占地空間,無(wú)需地溝。在整個(gè)真空范圍內(nèi),無(wú)需改變泵的結(jié)構(gòu),泵就可以保持允許高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。采用中間隔板設(shè)計(jì),吸入壓差達(dá)330mbar,實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)兩用。泵體兩側(cè)有很大的檢查口,更有利于泵內(nèi)部進(jìn)行的檢查和維護(hù)。作為真空泵使用時(shí), 系列吸氣量從2500 m3/hr到33000 m3/h ,真空度可達(dá)160 mbar abs。作為壓縮機(jī)使用時(shí),氣量范圍從3000 m3/h到9500 m3/h ,壓縮壓力達(dá)2.5 bar abs。每種型號(hào)泵均采用聚異戊二烯橡膠內(nèi)襯泵殼,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了泵的耐腐蝕和抗侵蝕性能,也降低了能源消耗。為了適應(yīng)更多行業(yè)苛刻的應(yīng)用,泵可選用不銹鋼、不銹鋼復(fù)合涂層或環(huán)氧材料涂層等不同材料制造。當(dāng)采用中間隔板后,每臺(tái)系列真空泵可以在兩種不同的真空度下運(yùn)行。只要這兩部分的吸入壓差小于330mbar,*可以當(dāng)作相對(duì)獨(dú)立的真空泵來(lái)使用。這個(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要性在于,可以使用較少的真空泵數(shù)量,從而節(jié)省空間和安裝費(fèi)用。
