噴射泵沒(méi)有活動(dòng)部件,不易磨損限度保證操作的可靠性使用一臺(tái)噴射泵節(jié)約的蒸汽耗量相當(dāng)于額外增加了一效蒸發(fā)器帶噴射泵的蒸發(fā)工藝,可有效減少未效的蒸發(fā)量,節(jié)省系統(tǒng)冷卻水耗量。除TVR外,MVR是最近化工行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速的新型蒸發(fā)技術(shù),其基本原理是用壓縮機(jī)或者高壓蒸汽提高二次蒸汽的壓力和溫度,然后送回原蒸發(fā)器的加熱室,作為加熱蒸汽使用,或者以二次蒸汽為低溫?zé)嵩?,回收部分余熱。提高二次蒸汽的壓力和溫度常用的有兩種方法,一種是蒸汽機(jī)械再壓縮技術(shù)MVR(MechanicalVaporRecompression),另一種則是蒸汽熱力再壓縮技術(shù)TVR(ThermalVapourRecompression)。TVR蒸發(fā)器此蒸發(fā)器系統(tǒng)相對(duì)于直排放二次蒸汽的系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō)有所改進(jìn),它利用暗射式熱泵來(lái)回收部分二次蒸汽,由干噴射式熱泵1ka高壓菜汽只能引射0.3kg的二次蒸汽,因此雖然此系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單緊湊,但是能效比較低。熱泵蒸發(fā)常用的形式大體上有上文所述的噴射式熱泵蒸發(fā)(TVR)和直接壓縮二次蒸汽機(jī)械壓縮式熱泵蒸發(fā)(MVR),近年來(lái),由于工程材質(zhì)、結(jié)構(gòu)及制造技術(shù)的顯著進(jìn)步以及能源價(jià)格的上漲,機(jī)械壓縮式熱泵已越來(lái)越為人們所重視。熱泵廣泛用于各種稀溶液的蒸發(fā)濃縮,在實(shí)際的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,使用熱泵蒸發(fā)技術(shù)已經(jīng)被證明有很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。熱泵裝置只需消耗少量的高質(zhì)能量就能得到比較多的熱能,減少了能源的浪費(fèi)。在大多數(shù)應(yīng)用中,熱泵蒸發(fā)的能量消耗比單效或多效蒸發(fā)的低得多,并且熱泵技術(shù)的采用可以取代大量的鍋爐房,節(jié)省燃料、減少大氣的污染、余熱得到利用的同時(shí)也減少了熱污染,因而使城市的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生必然得到改善,也有利于生態(tài)平衡。熱泵蒸發(fā)是一種低能耗的十分可靠的蒸發(fā)方法,由于節(jié)能和穩(wěn)定已經(jīng)在化工過(guò)程中取得了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
