Spray Filling and Capping Production Line

用途介紹/Application:

本生產(chǎn)線由理瓶、機(jī)械泵灌裝、機(jī)械手抓蓋式旋蓋等工位組成，能自動(dòng)完成上瓶、灌旋、上噴頭、旋蓋等動(dòng)作，主要用于噴霧瓶的灌裝旋蓋。

This production line is composed of bottle sorting, mechanical pump filling, manipulator capping, etc., which can complete the bottle feeding, filling, sprinkler heads feeding, capping automatically. It is mainly used for spray bottles filling and capping.

特點(diǎn)/Features:

計(jì)量精確、防滴漏工藝、旋蓋穩(wěn)定、適合多種噴頭；

Accurate measurement, anti - leakage process, stable capping, suitable for a variety of sprinkler heads.

噴頭旋歪及未旋緊自動(dòng)檢測(cè)并剔除；

Automatic detection and elimination of nozzle skew and untwisted;

穩(wěn)定性高、變頻調(diào)速、自動(dòng)顯示計(jì)數(shù)功能；

High stability, frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic display counting function.

整條線均按GMP要求設(shè)計(jì)。
