特點(diǎn):

1.效率高：平均熱效率高達(dá)95%（比蒸汽鍋爐效率高25%）；

2.維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單 :無(wú)需值守，休息時(shí)可關(guān)機(jī)，運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低，減少非生產(chǎn)能耗；

3.加熱量大: 回暖速度快，溫升高，與傳統(tǒng)鍋爐房相比，初期投資小，使用更簡(jiǎn)便；

4燃燒器采用直接燃燒型，燃燒量可在總加熱量0~99%范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié);燃燒器總管鑄鐵制成，配上V型帶孔的不銹鋼制混風(fēng)板。燃燒器應(yīng)并聯(lián)以滿(mǎn)足加熱量的要求。燃燒器在系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時(shí)的任何時(shí)刻其上的火焰必須覆蓋整個(gè)燃燒器的長(zhǎng)度。其燃燒產(chǎn)生的CO含量低；

5.箱體材料: 箱體面板材料為25mm（【選項(xiàng)】: 50mm）厚的保溫板，中間填充玻璃纖維保溫棉，A級(jí)不燃（【選項(xiàng)】: 聚氨酯發(fā)泡）。箱體縫隙，包角和接頭應(yīng)使用密封材料進(jìn)行密封。保溫層制作完畢后應(yīng)保證保溫材料沒(méi)有暴露在氣流中。機(jī)組面板與機(jī)組框架間采用5mm密封墊密封，密封性能良好；

Characteristics:

1.The efficiency is high: the average heat efficiency is up to 95% (25% higher than the steam boiler efficiency);

2. Easy maintenance: it can be shut down when there is no need to use it, low operating costs, reduce non production energy consumption;

3. Large heating amount: fast heating speed, high temperature rise, it has a less cost in the initial investment compared with the traditional boiler room and the usage is more convenient;

4. The burner is direct combustion type, the combustion volume can be adjusted from 0~99% of total heating. The burner is made of cast iron, equipped with V type stainless steel air mixing plate with holes. The burners should be connected in parallel to meet the requirements of heat amount. Whenever the burner is running, the flame on the burner must cover the length of the whole burner. The maximum CO content produced by the combustion is low;

5. Cabinet material: box panel material is 25mm (option: 50mm) thick insulation board, filled with A-class glass fiber insulation cotton (option: polyurethane foam). Gap between panels, parts for covering corners and the joint should be sealed with the sealing material. The thermal insulation material in the insulation layer must be out of the flow. The 5mm seal gasket is adopted between the unit panel and the frame of the unit, providing good sealing performance and making sure no air leakage.
