概 述
ZE化工流程泵是根據(jù) API610、 API682 規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)的。該泵為單級單吸懸臂式渦殼泵,泵體為中心線支撐。軸向吸入,徑向排出。軸向力采用前后口環(huán)及平衡孔進(jìn)行水力平衡。機(jī)械密封可采用單端面或雙端面平衡型集裝式。機(jī)械密封并配有冷卻、沖洗或密封液系統(tǒng),密封管路系統(tǒng)按 API 規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)。更大工作壓力 5.0MPa 。吸入與排出法蘭可按 GB 、 DIN 、 ANSI 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)。
特 點(diǎn)
ZE化工流程泵管路按API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì),可對中心支撐的泵支座進(jìn)行冷卻,當(dāng)溫度T≤200℃時軸承架不須冷卻;當(dāng)溫度T>200℃時軸承架采用風(fēng)冷或水冷卻。泵蓋具有冷卻或加熱管接頭,軸封采用單端面或雙端面機(jī)械密封,配有冷卻、沖洗或密封液系統(tǒng),不銹鋼材質(zhì)有304、304L、316、316L、CD-4MCu、 904、904L、哈氏合金等,更大工作壓力 :5.0MPa,溫度:-80℃~+450℃,流量:3-2600m3/h,揚(yáng)程:3-260m,轉(zhuǎn)速1450-2900r/min。
用 途
ZE化工流程泵適合輸送清潔或含有少量顆粒的液體,低溫的、高溫的、中性的、、有腐蝕的液體。適用于煉油、石油化工、煤加工及低溫工程、造紙、醫(yī)藥、供水、發(fā)電、環(huán)保、合成纖維、化肥、冶金、食品等。
