阻火呼吸人孔是我廠根據(jù)市場需求，參考了*技術(shù)資料研制而成的產(chǎn)品。是安裝在石油、化工等物料儲罐頂上的安全應(yīng)急的通風(fēng)裝置。通常與阻火呼吸閥配套使用，既能避免因意外原因造成罐內(nèi)急劇超壓或真空時，損壞儲罐而發(fā)生的事故；又能起到安全阻火的作用。是目前國內(nèi)保護(hù)儲罐安全的理。

產(chǎn)品采用全天候密封結(jié)構(gòu)，以配重來調(diào)節(jié)吸入閥瓣和泄壓蓋的開啟，以不銹鋼波紋帶為阻火層來阻止火焰的通過，并設(shè)雙抽屜口為清洗更換阻火層提供了方便，縮短了時間?？傊摦a(chǎn)品具有定壓排放、定壓吸入、開閉靈活、安全阻火、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、安全可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

◎產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu) Product structure

在阻火呼吸閥正常工作情況下阻火呼吸人孔基本保持密封狀態(tài)，儲罐處于正常壓力。當(dāng)呼吸閥正常工作滿足不了因意外原因造成儲罐壓力急劇超壓時，呼吸人孔的泄壓蓋自動頂開，進(jìn)行緊急泄壓，使罐內(nèi)壓力保持正常；當(dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力減壓或超真空時，吸入閥便開啟急劇吸入大氣，維護(hù)罐內(nèi)正常壓力；當(dāng)吸入大氣帶有火花、火焰時，阻火層起到“器壁效應(yīng)"作用來阻止火焰的通過，以保護(hù)儲罐的安全。
