陸甲自動(dòng)化技術(shù)人員研發(fā)的汽車零部件視覺檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)依次包括光學(xué)成像系統(tǒng)、圖像獲取設(shè)備、圖像處理系統(tǒng)、智能決策判斷機(jī)構(gòu)和控制執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，所述的圖像獲取設(shè)備、圖像處理系統(tǒng)同時(shí)連接通訊和監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)；通過所述的控制執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)控制被測(cè)目標(biāo)物體，通過所述的智能決策判斷機(jī)構(gòu)控制光源。本發(fā)明把圖像作為檢測(cè)和傳遞信息的手段或載體加以利用，通過處理被測(cè)圖像而獲得所需的各種參數(shù)，具有高清、高精度、無損傷的檢測(cè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

A visual inspection system for automotive parts developed by the armor automation technicians. The system includes an optical imaging system, an image acquisition device, an image processing system, an intelligent decision determination mechanism, and a control execution mechanism, wherein the image acquisition device and the image processing system are simultaneously connected to the communication and monitoring system; and the control actuator is controlled by the control system. The target object to be measured controls the light source through the intelligent decision making mechanism. The invention utilizes an image as a means or carrier for detecting and transmitting information, and obtains various parameters required by processing the measured image, and has the advantages of high efficiency, high precision, and no damage detection.
